The Power VI TM Inversion Table easily adjusts to any angle. Relaxation
and light stretching can be achieved at the low 45 degree angle or inverted exercises and intensive stretching can be achieved at the 90 degree angle.

Perform back extensions to improve range of motion and spine flexibility. Do full inversion crunches to build core strength. Build the hamstrings and calves with reverse squats!
