Dyna Board can be used
for wider two-leg stance exercises, and with either an extra inflated Dyna Disc or the Dyna Disc PLUS. It can also be used in the sitting position, improving body core coordination and stability. In the seated position it can be rotated along its edge clockwise, counter-clockwise, or be rocked symmetrically to the left, right or forwards and backwards, and on diagonals.
NOTE: The Dyna Disc shown does not come with
the Dyna Board. If you would like a Dyna Disc to use under the Dyna Board, please
add one or more to your order.
